Come and experience the flow and peace of Tai Qi , learn the first two moves of the Tai Chi Chuan set so you can go home and move into that quiet. Tai Qi Chuan is an ancient Chinese practice that initially is an internal martial art and also promotes balance and free flow of qi. You will be learning a few movements and doing a little "energy" work. Wear comfy clothes and sneakers. You can do this from standing or sitting.
Denise has practiced Chinese medicine and acupuncture in Davis for 22 years. She is the instructor of Lien-Ying Tai-Chi Chuan Academy IV, brought to the United States by Master Kuo. She teaches Tai Chi Chuan and meditation to her clients to promote health and longevity. Denise has been a martial artist since 1990. Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient form that cultivates the mind and spirit and move qi. Please come learn a little Tai Chi and see how it will benefit you. We will also do a little energy work. Denise is an intuitive practioner with knowledge of many modalities to help align one's body and spirit to maintain a balanced path toward improving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
