Edna Campbell is a former WNBA Professional Basketball Player and now a breast cancer survivor/thriver. She has been able to leverage the achievements and triumphs of her experiences of athletic competition and of overcoming breast cancer to champion her cause of helping others reach their personal health goals. She is a dedicated health advocate, sharing her vision of hope and vitality for all who have battled breast cancer by sharing her program “Breathe and Stretch for Ultimate Health Restoration.”

Restoring Hope, Finding Strength, and Living with Joy

Is it possible though?

What is true hope, and how important is having hope? Can we have experience any of these without others? Kristin will explore these three concepts and how they fit into one's cancer journey, or any other challenges a person may be facing. And yes, it is possible to experience all three!

In the presentation, there will be the use of art therapy and what hope, strength, and joy looks like to you (no artistic ability required). Her wish for you is to leave feeling more Hopeful, Stronger, and Joyful.

This is the second Wednesday of October!
